Jason Frederick, our service manager has been working on vintage scooters since 1999 and has worked as a certified Vespa technician since 2003.  He came to Chispa from the Midwest in 2007 to provide expertise and excellent service.  Whatever the needs are, he is committed to seeing that his customers are given world-class treatment and the attention that they deserve.
